Went in today and asked the barber for half off the top. He cut closer to 80% off in an uneven and hacked fashion. It was a physically painful cut as well, his scissors seemed dull or something and they kept pulling my hair. I'm a man pushing 40, with less and less hair every day, so him ignoring my instructions and cutting as much as he did was awful to watch happen in front of me.
