Lee went above and beyond to help us with unique HVAC issues and install a new unit. He made sure the new unit would be installed in a manner that would last us longer. In addition he helped connect us with other contractors for the project which we are so thankful for being new to the area. Really appreciate the great communication from Lisa and the extra work Lee put in to help us.
They were very responsive over the phone but unfortunately that's where the good experience stopped. They told me they were unable to work in the attic unless I made structural changes that would require a building permit and the services of a structural engineer. When the technician and office staff called me, they spent the entire phone call talking over each other and were extremely worked up over the state of my attic, to the point I could not understand what they were talking about. These guys are incredible! Lisa was incredibly helpful and proactive throughout the entire process. Lee, the installer, was exceptional. He takes great pride in his work and ensures that everything is done to the highest standards. Our previous home required a new HVAC unit, and the previous installation company rushed the job, leaving us with a faulty unit that caused numerous issues. Great service and affordable prices. They spent a great amount of care explaining my issues and even more resolving them.
Home warranty company sent them out. They couldn't diagnose the problem. Said they'd be back the next day, but then cancelled the appointment through the home warranty. Now I'm stuck trying to get my heat fixed with someone else. No call or anything explaining.
