This is my personal opinion only. I feel this man is the worst kind of person to leave your personal items with. He has no problem lying to you and blaming others for his lack of knowledge. He ruined my dress and didn't care.
My personal opinion I believe customers should really know what Paradise Cleaners will do when they ruin one of your items. 1.They will first quote you a high price point for a simple alteration. 2.Second they will ignore your simple directions. 3.Third they will ruin your item without any remorse. 4. Forth they will try to trick you. They will argue with you and claim it was your wrong doing they didn't do a good job. 5.Finally fifth they will ignore any attempts to resolve the issue. In my personal opinion CUSTOMER BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST PARADISE CLEANERS WITH YOUR SPECIAL GARMENTS!!! I needed a simple alteration to a evening gown. I made sure the alteration measurements were correct and properly marked. I basically did all the work, all they had to do were cut and sew on the dotted line. They charged me $45 dollars. Yet they couldn't do that simple task. I received my dress back ruined! The hem was cut too short and uneven. I also didn't receive the extra fabric of my dress that I specifically requested. ... read more
