Honest, no nonsense service. The only place I'll take my vehicles for transmission service ... My car now runs like a champ
Hands down one of the best mechanics for any transmission work. I was able to communicate my issues with the gentleman and he followed appropriately with everything. While my car was still their possession, they had fixed several other small things that were not even brought up nor to be fixed upon any requests yet going above and beyond, they have guaranteed my trust within them. Being honest, up front and communicative are essentials when looking for any professional help. 10/10 highly recommend this business.
So my shifter had got stuck/jammed up and my car would not start this place had my car for an entire week and was able to fix that issue but they completely ignored the other issue of the P R N D disappearing from the dash and refusing to go into gear so i take it back , it sat there another week and I was told it never did that for them which i find very hard to believe since I picked it up and it literally did it the next day.
