My experience with them was not good. I sent 4 requests (over a 5 day period) regarding the availability of a specific Toyota Tacoma, but I ONLY heard back from them AFTER the truck had sold. Very disappointed.

We get about 40-60 emails every day regarding our vehicles and with customers in person and phone calls, it is hard to respond to emails. The best method of contact is through phone. May I suggest calling instead of emailing next time?
