Called about a car that was sold already, if they sell a car they should mark it as sold right away and not waste peoples time, they also have a number you can text which I did several times and no answer.

So if it gets sold, Cargurus will automatically update the advertisements. I don't see how a phone call 'wastes' someones time when it only takes a minute. Let us know how we can better assist you.

The service was good. They made the process so easy and fast.
2008 Nissan Pathfinder was leaking engine oil, transmission oil, and coolant in their own parking lot. Made a strange shuddering sound when idling. Brought the leaks to the attention of two sales guys there and they assured me they'd fix it, no problem. Followed up the next week and they said they weren't going to fix anything because I didn't take it for a test drive.
