While here is a bit of a language issue (Chinese - the business is located in the China district of town), the work is on par with far more expensive shops. I've been a customer for over 10 years and have never been disappointed with the repairs or their associated costs. Bing (the owner) in my estimation is fair, knowledgeable and professional, and will often stay late to finish a job.
