Tony was extremely knowledgeable and really listened when we were sharing our fridge problems. We had gone through replacing the part ourselves (freezer door gasket) and another service repair company and the problem of our fridge freezing over was never solved. But when Tony heard the trial and error we endured, he was able to diagnose the actual issue! The service was very good. Tony not only fixed my dishwasher but provided an understandable explanation as to the problem. He was professional, informative and friendly. My only suggestion for A Plus Appliance Solutions is to inform the client if a serviceman is running late due to another challenging appointment. Thank you. I will use A Plus Appliance Solutions in the future if needs be.
