They were fast and friendly to get our dishwasher repaired and Antwon was great.
The repair techs were super friendly and very kindly explained what was wrong and fixed it in no time. On top of being so fast, they moved my fridge and got all of the cat toys that my kitty had knocked under there out for me. 10/10 will call again for any and all appliance issues!
Antwon came out to check my fridge which refused to make ice and he was awesome and explained everything. Needed a filter which was the original suggestion, but tried it and no joy. Called them to let them know it didn't work and antwon came back with Pat and they figured out it was ice in the tubes and wouldn't leave until they fixed it. They covered the second visit since the first didn't produce results. Stood by their assessment and provided excellent service. Outstanding service and very professional. Will call again!
