NO stars!!! They have been out 4 times in 15 days and my refrigerator is still not fixed. We had water leaking from freezer to fridge Jason said the drain line was frozen - defrost for 24 hours should be fine. We pointed out the torn door gasket and he said that was not the problem. It has been 2 weeks that I have been waiting for a solution to my over the range microwave, every time you call the company , it goes to voicemail, they NEVER return the calls , I have a home warranty with ******************** and a plus services could care less about their agreement , they do not answer their calls nor emails , I hope this review serves to lower the score even more ,**************************************
Sad excuse for a company. Never answer a phone. Do they even have a physical location ?? 5 MONTHS appliances STILL not fixed. They barely form coherent texts, and even getting one is hit or miss. 5 months of complaining to AHS about this company and AHS finally got another company to come out. After paying a service fee for a microwave, stove AND freezer, none of which were fixed. 5 months and over 20 phone calls, pages and pages of documentation of how I could get none of my appliances fixed. Terrible. Try calling them, they will not answer. They never do. Avoid using this company. Do not let your home warranty make you use this company! It took them 2 months to fix my washer machine. 2 months!! The wrong part was ordered, so they had to reorder the correct part. In the mean time, my dishwasher broke. My HMS warranty had me call A+ appliance again. Guess what happened, they came out and ordered the wrong part for the dishwasher. They ordered the wrong part again!! Would give minus numbers if available. If you get the company assigned to you or call them don't let them service anything. On 8/17 their person (I will not use technician) replaced the defrost element that had malfunctioned. Today the freezer is too cold and the refrigerator section is 60 degrees. In other word - THE PROBLEM WAS NO DIAGNOSED OR FIXED CORRECTLY. In addition the person doing the work was rude to my wife. One of AHS service (Not) providers. Now to go get some ice again for the weekend.
