It's been TWO weeks since my five-minute tech visit......have not heard back from them on my repair request. Left several messages and even contacted our home warranty company (who they recommended and also have not been able to get a hold of!). Nothing!! Communication is the WORST!!!
This company is the worst didn’t get anything I requested fix then refused to respond to my calls horrible.
The worst service company I have ever dealt with. Rude and incompetent. Four service visits and my washer is still not fixed.
Don't bother with this company, AHS contracts them. They don't care to work with you to be able to setup an appointment that helps both party's. The tell you a time and date of their choosing and if you can't make that appointment then screw you. And non professional the only text and their website phone number goes straight to VM doesn't even ring. Horrible just getting service
