Do not communicate through process, do not setup websites on time as guaranteed. Just not professional at all. Considering that people have to book & reserve on the site, I wouldn’t wait last minute to set that up & no we did not communicate everyday & even you stated I cancelled after a couple days of waiting. Uncomfortable massage chairs, very painful.
This place is great.. You can throw down and really party and the cops don't come.
I originally left a great review from my October 2021 Birthday party. But since then the drama between the host and my guest has become very negative. It’s unfortunate. At the time A Place to Party was all I wanted, but now my prayer is for Peace.
The most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. I have no clue why this man is even running a business. For starters, the “event space” is at a hotel. We couldn’t even party because he said guest were trying to sleep. Mostly it was just laughter and music, it’s not like we were throwing a rave party. The massage chair hurt so badly! Everyone had to get the foam cushions put in between our bodies and the chairs! And then he said the arms squeeze really tight so we can turn them off. It wasn’t relaxing at all... read more
