I was referred to Brad and A Place At Home from a friend who's dad uses their service. My mom is struggling and I am clueless and frustrated. I have no idea of what to expect. I called Brad and he walked me through all the possibilities for my mom. What was really helpful was that he taught me how to ask the right questions to the hospital and rehab staff to understand what we can expect for the future. Healthcare is so confusing. it seems like Brad gets it.
