Went to eat breakfast this morning at the A-Pine and my wife and I had the unfortunate experience of being waited on by an exceptionally rude older waitress. She was absolutely horrible. The way she treated my wife was absolutely appalling. People truly make or break any given business, and this employee is truly a detriment to this restaurant. Because of her rude attitude, my family and I will never patronize this place again. We were regular customers who used to grab breakfast here after Sunday church. No more.
The pie is amazing. We love picking a few up on our way to the cabin.
Great stop to make. Classic diner with down home breakfasts and the pies are delicious.
Great homemade food! We just had to have the pie! Definitely will be back!
My first visit since passing by this restaurant for 31 years on way to cabin on Widow lake. Cabin is now for sale so thought I better finally visit before I the chance passes me by. Ordered a rueben sandwich and had to search for the meat. Three very thin slices. An inch of sauerkraut. Very pretty place but disappointing sandwich.
My mom & I stopped there on Saturday & the food was awesome. Hopefully we'll be back a few times throughout the summer.
