There are so many excellent restaurants in Madison. A Pig in a Fur Coat is by far my favorite. Chef Dan Bonanno presents exquisite flavors and presentation in his dishes. His food is absolutely astounding.
This place was exceptional!! Their Wagyu ribeye and pork belly were delicious and the service was top notch. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area. Too bad I'm not, as I would probably stop by regularly. Next time I'm in Madison, I will make it a point to stop by.
