I felt like I had known the people I spoke with for years, never met them, I live 5 hours from their location. The moment reception answered the phone I knew they were going to be amazing. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of the APHC family and can’t recommend them enough. I’ve been with other agencies in the past and APHC is by far the best. You will not be disappointed. They are very supportive of their families, write the best assessments, and are very communicative!
This company is always super responsive. I have spent a lot of time talking to them and they are super informative, and will answer any questions I have. They also have community events and make everyone feel included and loved!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I called wanting to know information about their IHSS program and told her I had a few questions. The woman who answered the phone was ridiculously rude and responded with “..uh okay? What do you want to know?” She seemed very unfriendly and like she hated her job. Definitely not someone you should have answering phones if you want business. Safe to say I feel like I dodged a bullet. I replied with “ya know what nevermind. Have a great day”. Do better.
