I don’t know what’s going on with you, as a business. Pretty incredible the reviews I’m reading mimic my experience. Can’t get a call back to get scheduled, won’t answer emails, I came to the physical location and the office was locked. I also see this business has not responded to any of these reviews indicating; you truly don’t care how you treat people or make them feel. Don’t bother calling me back now. Xander will discharge you suddenly after weeks of no contact saying he is now somehow full, but then if you call in and act like a new client, he will say he has openings. Shady.

We have had a phenomenal experience with Rachel and Xander with A Phoenix Rising. Rachel jumped in head first to help our struggling preteen (age 11when we began). When we started, he was struggling tremendously with his gender identity, depression, and feeling quite helpless within a few tricky relationships in his life. She helped him to feel heard and validated; while also calling him out for his “crap” when needed.
