I typically never leave reviews ever. However I had a very disappointing experience here. We walked into A Personal Touch Florist in Nutley just to politely ask if they offered cutting and wrapping services. Instead of a simple answer, we were met with unnecessary aggression from a man named John, who was yelling and was extremely rude. Save your money and buy your flowers from ShopRite. They are extremely rude and racist!!
Beware if you are placing online orders. They will not be same day delivered even if placed within the designated time frame. My order was not placed as they explained to me there is a “system delay”.
