I'm from Texas & wanted to order flowers for a birthday! Used Yelp & decided to go w/A Personal Touch bc of the reviews I read, not the star rating! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and were delivered the next day! They should have 5 STARS!⭐️
Flowers for my son's wedding Oct 12, 2024 were outstanding! The owner not only did the center pieces but decorated the room at the Boathouse in West Orange NJ as well as decorated the wedding cake! Lorraine Travers

awful customer service, lady didn’t understand any of my requests after explaining them clearly multiple times and scoffed at me when I told her that her bouquet options wasn’t what I was looking for. a million other florists to choose from, don’t choose this one
