I typically never leave reviews ever. However I had a very disappointing experience here. We walked into A Personal Touch Florist in Nutley just to politely ask if they offered cutting and wrapping services. Instead of a simple answer, we were met with unnecessary aggression from a man named John, who was yelling and was extremely rude.
