I’d give it a zero. My poor daughter in law called at 8:15 am and again in the afternoon to get a message saying hold on the line or leave message for call back so she left multiple messages and no call back. She’s been in extreme pain and they called at 4:45. She didn’t hear the phone tried calling back was on hold and they hung up. They close at 5. Definitely poor customer service. Never would go here ever. I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know how terrible this place is. She even said she was in extreme pain. Terrible!

I have been trying to reach out to this dentist's office for approximately 3 days‍ I finally had a chance to speak to a representative because I clicked on the website link on GoogleMaps. When I got to the website, I spoke to a representative. Not only did the woman inform me that that office is only open on Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but because of the fact that they have a new physician for this location, this dentist office no longer accepts United healthcare community plan.
