I really enjoyed my session at A Peaceful Place. I was having a really crazy week at work and needed to let go of some stress. Jane Gallagher was great. She spent a good amount of time getting to the root of my stress and personalized my hypnotherapy session. She also gave me some great tips and exercises to help me manage my stress on my own.
