Caroline the doctor doesn’t know what she’s doing she calls in my meds late and has no idea how to treat your mental illness
My experience here was deeply disappointing. From the unprofessional treatment I received from the front desk staff and nurse practitioner to the lack of communication and poor medication management, everything fell far below expectations. It’s a shame that a facility dedicated to mental health could make me feel like a burden rather than supported.
I have nothing but good things to say about Lauren and the practice. She really takes her time and actually talks to her patients which I have found to be extremely rare with prescribers. She is down to earth and you can tell she actually cares about her clients. The office is extremely responsive and will help you address any issues or needs such as paperwork or emergency refills between appointments. In the last 10 years I have been seen by over half a dozen practices and she is by far the best. A++
Dr. Aravich has helped my daughter tremendously. Highly recommend!!
