I did not get the chance to have my scheduled appointment as it was cancelled by my provider last minute. I'm told that I did not confirm my appointment even though I'd called earlier in the day to ask questions about the appointment location and give the same information to the receptionist that I filled out for the portal. I'm deeply disappointed and I do hope my next provider will keep the appointment
