Karen is so kind and patient with her doggy clients! I have had many bad experiences in my search for a good groomer and I couldn't be more happy and pleased to have found A Pawsitive Dog Spa! One of my dogs was very nervous and Karen suggested we bring her in a few times before her grooming, to get used to the shop. By the time I set up the appt, my dog happily went off and did very well! I'm so happy to have finally found a place to go back to!
