It was my understanding that A Paw Spa was an upscale salon but when I first walked in, I saw large amounts of fur and dust in the retail area. I do not think they clean whatsoever. I dropped my pup off and the girl at the counter quoted $35 more than any other salon had charged me before. After asking why it was so much over the normal price, the owner herself very rudely told me that she is the only groomer that knows what she is doing. How arrogant!
