This is the second review I've written. Somehow the first one was deleted. I wrote it back in Novemberor Decemberof 2025. No way this company should have an A+ rating with the BBB. People must not be leaving reviews or the negative ones are being deleted. Owner sends people that don't speak good English and they are not real caregivers. They pretty much are well paid housekeepers and they're not very good at it. Spoke to a Ms. York, Very unprofessional. Answered the phone and didn't state the company or her title just answered as if she was talking on a personal phone. After I addressed who i was and where i was calling from she just sat there quietly as if she didn't call our business first needing assistance from us.
Good service, really helpful in helping me with keeping my life organized while dealing with my ailments
