We had the SERVICE come by to fix our AC unit clean our ducts and vents and even solve our issue of loud rattling every time the AC came on. The team is very professional and efficient. I’ve had previous HVAC people come and give me a random reasons as to what they were going to do or why they needed to replace things. With A-Ortega they will personally show you what your issues are and how they plan to fix or replace them with picture proof. Very professional! We needed to relocate the condenser, but he included a full test of the system and a small fix without charge.
It was great, Mr Ortega always does a great work and very clean work too.
