i didnt read the reviews before booking an appointment here but if you are it has very poor ratings/reviews for a reason. after having wisdom tooth extraction(s) i reported what felt like a ball of fat poking against my gum/bottom right molar after being dismissed because "its just normal swelling" i made a follow up appointment where all a sudden its actually a bone poking through my cheek. then after having the 2nd surgery to reduce the bone and "fix" the issue the bone is still poking through my cheek and having swelling/... read more
awesome team of staff. made both of my oral surgeries go by quick and easy. exceptional service/team!
The service at this dental clinic is absolutely terrible. I made an appointment for 11:00, but after sitting there for half an hour, no one called my name. Meanwhile, the people who came with me were all taken in for their dental check-ups. When I went over to ask, the staff member was eating, playing on his phone, and playing games. I had a consultation at 1pm I didn’t get seen until 4:30pm on top off that they billed my insurance wrong for the consultation so I had to pay out of pocket for that & then they canceled my tooth extraction appointment the day before because THEY billed my insurance wrong again as I was trying to tell them exactly what my insurance told me the front desk staff kept talking over me being rude telling me I don’t know what I’m talking about and that their billing department is mot responsible when the insurance agent clearly st... read more
I had a tooth extraction here, and it was one of the most painful experiences of my life. The oral surgeon injected the anesthesia directly without first applying a numbing gel on the surface, so it felt like being stabbed. My tooth may have been difficult to remove because the crown broke off and he had to extract the root.
