The worst dealer you could possible go to. My husband & I went to get a family car because we just had our 2nd baby. It was a 2008 Audi Q7. We decided to buy it & they told Us that the car wasn’t ready, to come the next day my husband went the next day & was there for hours, after he left the car had all types of problems, it was shaking & the engine was knocking so my husband couldn’t take it home. My little brother bought a car a Audi, Q7 for $3500 and the car hard a engine knock they tool the car and with were supposed to pick the car up in a week when with came back there no car and no money they saying they fire the salesman and there nothing they could do… very unprofessional and very rude dont buy from this dealership they take your hard earn money and treat you like a joke..
Scammers!! my husband went to purchase a car, he paid for it then was told some excuse as to why the car couldn't leave the lot because the "dmv system was down" the car never left the lot and was told to come back the next day he went back and was told another excuse after 2 weeks of excuses we wanted a refund was promised a refunded and provided a receipt for it but never got it always an excuse. Es el peor dealer del mundo. Son los más in responsables compre dos Auto hace 6 meses y aún no me an dado los títulos de los autos y los compre cash en su totalidad y los irresponsables siempre tienen las mismas excusas y el dmv no es responsable porque yo los llame y ellos dices que el dealer son los que meten los papeles y ellos no an echo nada ! No compren en este dealer, compre una camioneta, ya pasaron casi 3 meses y nada que recibo el titulo.. Cada vez que voy el busca una nueva excusa nueva, fui personalmente al dmv y me dijeron que el nunca envio el titulo para ellos poder hacerlo y que legalmente los dealer tienen un mes para entregarte el titulo Don’t buy from this dealer, I bought a truck, it’s been almost 3 months and nothing I get the title.
