Everyone was very helpful and Very easy to deal with.
Dealing with a tire emergency, I searched Google to see who would be able to assist me with an unexpected late night nail in tire fiasco. This business popped up stating they were open 24hours and after nervously and slowly driving all the way to this location there was no one there. I even called several times receiving NO answer, not even to be greeted by a voicemail to let me know that the listed number under their Google business page was in fact the correct number to call should I need any help. I have had them work on my 2001 Dodge 1500 several times. They have pretty knowledgeable mechanics and when I wanted to do some of the work myself to save money, they were happy to give me some quick advice or help me diagnose an issue. At least with me, they seem like a business that maintains good customer relationships, and that's why I have went there repeatedly when I dont have time to do repairs myself.
I had a lot going on and forgot about my tag renewal. I called around and everyone was booked for weeks. When I spoke with the gentleman at One Auto Repair he let me know all I needed was an emissions inspection not a full inspection...he was the only one to ask me the year of my vehicle. He was able to get me in right away. They were fast and courteous! I was able to renew my tags that day. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
