Josh helped troubleshoot my car when the battery was completely dead and even took the extra step to call and schedule a tow for me — seriously above and beyond. Super kind, patient, and helpful. Matt and Rich were absolutely phenomenal technicians and genuinely great people to work with. They stayed late to make sure my car was fixed and made sure I was able to get it back that same night. This was the best auto-shop experience I’ve ever had in Missouri. I saved $1000 at least coming here instead of the place I went to first with my car. They are so kind on the phone, so kind with their pricing, and so quick too. It’s just the right way to do business, and I’m a proud customer.
