The atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable. The staff is personable and welcoming. Jolie is great with my daughter.
As others have said, the billing seems to be an issue at this office, or at least communication at the least. I had a consult that was overall disappointing and a waste of time. Argued mu $20 copay I wasn’t updated on any other payments for a couple weeks. Then I was randomly charged $300 for that appointment, they said it was due to insurance being hit or miss there. Unlike other providers I’ve worked with, ANew a therapy doesn’t confirm insurance beforehand or communicates information before charging you.
Finding a therapist is a tender thing and in the few months I’ve been with ANV, they’ve now switched me twice, acting like it’s a casual switch. I understand schedules are tricky but I was assigned and connected with a therapist that apparently doesn’t have capacity. Really tough to deal with. Bad experience overall.
My therapist is good so far it's just whoever is billing gets some things mixed up sometimes and they'll charge my card by mistake and they won't send the money back they put down a credit but it's not equivalent or something I wanted. Everyone is so kind tho
