So far I haven't had any issues with scheduling like others have said. I get a reminder, which is appreciated. The front desk are friendly. My appointments start on time. My therapist listens and offers helpful suggestions. I feel like what I'm being seen for has been improving thanks to her guidance.
TARA IS STILL CANCELING AND LEAVING APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT ANY CONSIDERATION FOR HER CLIENT. My daughter was canceled in July, rescheduled for august, she couldnt make it due to catching covid so rescheduled a week later. My daughter showed up to her appointment today and they told her that Tara just left for no reason whatsoever. We gave her a second chance but she WILL NOT get a third. How does she even still have a business???
I don't like to give a bad review. I love to share when the place deserves a 5 stars. If not, I still give them a chance by not giving a bad review. We are humans and we don't like everything or we don't have the same experiences as others. You know. Maybe they gave bad service bc it was a crazy day, a bad day for me or a bad day for the company. My daughter goes here. She absolutely loves her therapist. She even helps counsel us. They have never canceled on us this place has done changes in my daughters life tremendously. So I highly recommend this place.
This place does cancel on you a lot. I just started and I haven't been able to see anyone yet because they cancel appointments so much. So I just went online and look at the reviews and sure enough that's what people complain about and I see they complain about the doctor's as well so I'm second-guessing going to the appointment that is coming up. It's a disappointment because people out here need help and you got people who can do that and they just don't want to, they just don't care.
