My counselor is amazing! I was so nervous to go, but she made me feel welcomed and relaxed. I even had a bad day and she called me! I can't say enough good things about her. The front staff is always pleasant, as well.
So far I haven't had any issues with scheduling like others have said. I get a reminder, which is appreciated. The front desk are friendly. My appointments start on time. My therapist listens and offers helpful suggestions. I feel like what I'm being seen for has been improving thanks to her guidance.
TARA IS STILL CANCELING AND LEAVING APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT ANY CONSIDERATION FOR HER CLIENT. My daughter was canceled in July, rescheduled for august, she couldnt make it due to catching covid so rescheduled a week later. My daughter showed up to her appointment today and they told her that Tara just left for no reason whatsoever. We gave her a second chance but she WILL NOT get a third. How does she even still have a business???
This place will cancel on you!!!!!! We started there and it was great until they started canceling the appointments. Bad thing is when we REALLY needed them they canceled and didn’t reschedule. If this is how you run your business I am surprised you have a business. I even recommended them to others and they did the same thing to them.
My daughter goes here. She absolutely loves her therapist. She even helps counsel us. They have never canceled on us this place has done changes in my daughters life tremendously. So I highly recommend this place.
