Since I've started going to counseling at A New Light, I've been able to really relax and work on myself from mental to physical well being. I was skeptical of doing to therapy but now realize that I wish I would have started sooner. Jeremy has helped me in so many different aspects.
Jeremy is awesome. His insights and style are almost magical. He has a way of connecting that can’t be taught. He truly has a gift in helping people.
