They treated us with the worst hospitality ever and even refused to give us our stuff even after we left. Safe to say find another place to stay.
I have been using the Glendale location for about a year now. I'm slowly finding myself. And happy they listen and give me ideas to stay focused.
The low grade is for Google maps not helping me find this location. Every time I get lost. This time I gave myself 30 mins lost time before finding clinic. I'm going to try using the ywca next time. Maybe that navigation is correct. Smh
I called the West Valley location to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I was inquiring about mental health services, if they had inpatient options, if they accepted insurance. Without asking any questions on why I was seeking treatment or what type of treatment would be best, the lady who I spoke with told me insurance would only cover medications and I'd be better off seeking therapy services directly through my insurance provider.
