Horrible customer service. Alters a brides contract and then refuses to give the bride her deposit back because she wants both hair and make up for her wedding and not just hair.
Whitney didn’t deserve that. It’s just $400 bucks.
RecommendedThey'll bend over backwards to try to make things work for you. Professional and willing to go that extra mile even if it means staying way after hours just to make sure it's perfect. I have been dying my hair for years, have travelled and lived in a ton of different states, but have yet to find another salon that is as talented in both color and cut/styling (not to mention the best prices for both).

Do not contract for bridal services. When they cancel a service do to COVID, there are no refunds. Poor customer service! They do not value customer service and family goes on social media defending the poor customer service! Go elsewhere!!!
When something like Covid-19 happens and you have to change your portion of the contract a new contract is needed. Sad that you guys didn’t do this but this is a learning curve for everyone. Didn’t realize just booking an appointment costs over $400... you’d think that you guys would understand the financial hardship everyone is enduring during this time but instead you took the low road.
You can’t change contract terms, and then when it doesn’t work for the other party hold them in breach of contract. Look elsewhere for your wedding.
