I had flowers delivered to my recipient at a hospital and although emailed as delivered yesterday she has yet to receive them today mid-day. I understand hospitals can have weird ways to get patients their deliveries but why not give a courtesy call to alert the recipient of a very expensive ($150 total) delivery? I had to awkwardly ask her if she had gotten anything (nope) since I hadn’t heard about a delivery from her (but had been in contact otherwise) yet received the confirm delivery email. Will not recommend this shop.

We are so happy that our son and daughter-in law loved the bouquet we had delivered from 'A New Leaf Florist'. We ordered from India and all communication was smooth without a hitch. Thanks! A year later, we ordered again for their first wedding anniversary and the bouquet looked better than the picture on the website. They loved it!
