Worst haircut and haircut experience of my life. 1. She was on the phone doing an MLM training the entire time during my haircut. She even moved my appointment up an hour for this training without asking me about it, and she still was on her call. 2. She was rude when I talked to her about how I would like my hair cut/fade. I wish I read other reviews first. 3. She shaved my widow's peak shorter than my other hair, and when I asked why she shaved my widow's peak, she said I had to tell her first. She didn't ask me! I love getting my hair done by Acia. I always get complements about my hair. She does my hair in a way that I can maintain it.

I want to start by saying that this review is more about client treatment and customer service than the finished product. I genuinely like how my hair turned out, but the way Ms. Acia treated me throughout my appointment completely ruined the experience, and that’s why I won’t be returning. Dr. Acia’s treatment was unprofessional, unkind, and overall unacceptable. My appointment was scheduled for 5 PM, but we didn’t even begin until 6:15 PM because she was busy washing and starting another client’s hair when I arrived. When ... read more
Honestly the owner of this place is the reason I give this place 1 star. Beyond rude. Clearly thinks she’s privileged. I could never go somewhere were the owner is that nasty.
