Been seeing my counselor for the last 3 years but been a part of a new day for counseling since covid hit. Couldn’t recommend more!

Been seeing a counselor there for over a year and absolutely love her. It's been very helofil in processing and working through some really hard stuff. One of the best choices I've made.
Aweful! I was assigned to an uncertified counselor. She was hard headed. Did not listen to a word I said. Only one session and I felt worse than when I came in. Made me repeat my trauma over and over again. Not helpful. Will not return.
