It was an awesome experience. Challenging but we made it. Great customer service, I would recommend it for anybody.

Our family of 3 did Bionoc Dilemma yesterday while visiting Hot Springs. The very friendly game masters explained to us that not all of the rooms are traditional escape rooms. We enjoyed having the hints incorporated into the story instead of having to call out to someone, and having a whiteboard to work out the puzzles was great. We had a lot of fun and escaped with plenty of time. Love that it’s a small family-owned business.

My husband and I took our kids ages 12 and 16. This was our first escape room experience. We had a blast. Didn’t know what to expect going in but really enjoyed it. We did the Clinical Trail and managed to escape with seconds to spare. We will be back to try other rooms.

We had an amazing time! Of the 6 of there, five had done prior rooms. This one could not have been more accommodating. I can't say enough about the friendly staff. To the point of mailing us something we left in the room by mistake. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Hot Springs.

Pod is not an escape room. Actually writing review during the “experience”. Broken laser that did its own thing. And you only had two puzzles to solve. Nothing fun. There was more griping at each other than anything. Come to find out...the laser moved on its own sometimes and jerked...not the fault of us. This situation put us in a negative mood for the second puzzle. We’ve done escape rooms before which were fun and engaging. (And yes...we solved it. Totally not complaining bc we failed. It is terribly regretful that our staff was not made aware of these concerns prior to your leaving, as we always hope to address any complaint a customer may have. You are correct, POD is not a traditional escape. However, we advertise our services as "Live Puzzle Adventure Games" because we thoroughly enjoy creating puzzle games of all kinds. POD does have fewer puzzles because it is a 30 minute game intended for no more than four players. Sort o... read more
