Kathy gave me a pedicure a couple of weeks ago. Because I was having surgery, I mentioned 2-3 times how very careful she would need to be with knicking me. 8 knicks and 1 sizeable pumice stone burn later, I can't and won't be going back. My feet still are causing me pain. Kathy has given me 4-5 pedicures in the last year or two, and she has always knicked my feet. This last time was the worst, so I cannot excuse her anymore. In spite of her lack of quality foot care, I have to say Kathy is a pleasant person.
