Great company for home care services. I’ve been working with them for years. I appreciate the communication from the office and if you’ve had to have services as long as I’ve had it will be some bumps but the caring spirit of the company is everything. They work hard at hiring the best aids to service you and your family and let you meet them prior to make sure it’s a good fit and you feel a part of the process.
It would be great if they would return, phone calls.Even better if their mailbox would not be full every time I tried to leave a message. Or how about you replace your aides when they call out or just give the patient a heads up, Hey, your aide Can't come in tomorrow. All simple tasks this company fails to do.
An absolute disaster. The first person literally took over my household, talked constantly, dumped floor cleaner into my bathroom sink and smeared it over the surfaces. The second one came a few times but was barely trained which wasn’t a problem for me. The third time she came she just walked out after 20 minutes without saying anything and drove away.
