I had a great experience at A+ Storage in Doral! The staff was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail. They walked us to our unit, made sure we understood how everything worked, and answered all our questions with patience and professionalism. The facility itself is clean, secure, and easy to access. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a storage unit.

My one-star review is specifically regarding the manager, Emilio. It is evident that he needs proper training in customer service. During the initial months of renting, he is polite and helpful, but after a while, his attitude changes completely. I am not sure why, but his approach to customers is unacceptable. In my experience, he is rude and unprofessional, which was a key reason we decided to move to another storage facility. Mr. Emilio assisted me exceptionally, explaining the entire process clearly and making sure I had the best option for my needs. The facilities are clean, secure, and well-organized.
