While being a part of the IOP therapy group, I have gained so much insight from group members and clinicians. The staff were amazing and have taught me so many coping strategies for the daily challenges I face with my mental health. IOP has been a game changer for me in my journey through mental and physical health struggles. I came in with a list of diagnoses and amid the period of time between physical health decline and autoimmune diagnoses. During my time in IOP (aka- group) I came to meet many different individuals, both patients and therapists. A Mind Above is an excellent place for mental health services. My two kids have been attending therapy every week, and they always have good things to say. The front desk team is kind and always calls the day before to confirm appointments. The therapists are communicative and available. I highly recommend A Mind Above for anyone seeking mental health support.
We love A Mind Above! We have been going here for over a year and my children (2) have really bonded with their providers and feel safe and welcomed every visit. My youngest gets upset when his provider is out sick because he looks forward to it so much. The providers are quick to answer messages through the patient portal and office staff always pick up the phone, have found us an appointment quickly when we need to reschedule and have accommodated insurance issues with ease.
