Very nice. Lots of historical sites nearby.
Several negatives: The rent is getting too high for artist/ residents. The electricity bills are outrageously high. The Electric co. charges too many extra fees and doesn't give a fair amount of time to pay after we receive the bill. I am in 652 square feet and I am paying twice as much as my 1100 sq. ft 2 bedroom apartment at Jackson Flats another Artists Building. Plus we had free parking. The parking here you are charging $150 a month which tenants in the neighborhood don't even pay that much and they own their condos. As... read more
