Mina is a true star, she's gone above and beyond to help me with all of my storage needs in a truly friendly and compassionate manner... I'd recommend her superlative customer service to anyone ;))
I’ve been a customer for many year, recently I was trying to get into my unit but couldn’t. Once I called Mina she immediately came to help. I wanted to break the lock but she said to try my other keys. Well she tried most until she was able to unlock my unit saving me from having to buy a new lock. Such kindness. Thank you!
