Overpriced and threatened by Mark that he would send his guys to my house to remove the part when I did not e-transfer within the hour: They installed a part that needed to be replaced within 24 hours. They are skilled at what they do and but for what happened to me after they did the work and the exorbitant fees I would have given them 4 and maybe even 5 stars. Mark is very combatant. Very rude constantly swearing. Part of the underground rough in was poor work that I ended up fixing myself. I tried to look past that as I Paid him for a full rough in and wanted him to finish as i was looking to get this job done asap. I was told by him via text my 9k I paid was for plumbing rough in, including underground and install of toilets. I took that as full rough in of underground drains and incoming waterlines etc.. To McKenna ..... customers = suckers. I called them a couple years ago to unclog kitchen sink drain pipe. No quote - my bad for not getting a quote. 2 guys ( one clueless and other was the owner Mark ). One hour onsite running water through greasy pipe with odd chucks of grease coming out into basement bins ( my bins ). It was bizarre watching the guy getting pummeled with bits of grease as Mike was upstairs turning the water on - it was amateur hour.
