Overpriced and threatened by Mark that he would send his guys to my house to remove the part when I did not e-transfer within the hour: They installed a part that needed to be replaced within 24 hours. They are skilled at what they do and but for what happened to me after they did the work and the exorbitant fees I would have given them 4 and maybe even 5 stars. Mark is very combatant. Very rude constantly swearing. Part of the underground rough in was poor work that I ended up fixing myself. I tried to look past that as I Paid him for a full rough in and wanted him to finish as i was looking to get this job done asap. I was told by him via text my 9k I paid was for plumbing rough in, including underground and install of toilets. I took that as full rough in of underground drains and incoming waterlines etc..
