RecommendedTheir customer service is impeccable. I recently lost the “master” key and FOB for my Toyota Sienna. The dealership quoted almost $500 to replace, and said it would take at least two hours. I purchased a Toyota transponder key and FOB elsewhere and A-MAX did the programming in less than 15 minutes for $60. A-MAX saved me hundreds of dollars. They are fantastic.
Can't go wrong with A-Max. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to call with any key or lock needs.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! We had a new FOB created when ours was lost, and they gave us one with a dying battery-despite us paying hundreds of dollars for what we thought was new. SO, when my elderly parents visited we could not find the key. We did all the usual tricks, like holding Mom's purse up next to the car to see if the car door would open (to avoid rummaging for it). Been using A-Max Security Solutions for years - in Fact - decades both business and personal use. Always good service at a good price. Convenient location just off I-5.
No other locksmith in Oregon or anywhere near comes close to the A-MAX level of professionalism. Whether its auto, residential or commercial work you need A-MAX is your company...if you contact your product manufacturer, odds are they will refer A-MAX...contact your local dealer about getting a key replaced? odds are if they are busy and you are short on time they will tell you to call A-MAX for same level service if not better at your convenience and best of all better pricing...need I say more?
