The service is horrible, they lied to me about canceling my policy. A week later and it still wasn’t done, I called and waited around for 4 hours for them to finally help me. They were nothing but rude, truly worst service in my life. Save yourself the money, and the time. They “forget” to do things.
Looking for a new insurance, called multiple local companies. A-max was three times higher then the next closest bid. If you're an Amex customer and you feel like you're being charged too much, it's because you are.
