Terrible. Do not use James! Complete waste of time and money. He wasn't able to do a simple toilet install or tub strainer repair. Multiple trips to get supplies, delays in getting back on the job. Ultimately it took many days to get it finished, and the finished product still didn't work correctly.
I would not get James of A Mass Plumbing, to Plumb my outhouse.
