We have coverage through HomeServe through VA Power. We had a blockage in our line. We could not find the clean out. James came out after 8pm and jetted our line clearing the blockage so we could have plumbing useage for the night. He came back out the following day and installed a new clean out for us because we couldn't locate the original. Very professional and highly recommend to anyone. We had a major plumbing problem - sewage backup. The technician (I believe his name was James) came out on a dark Friday night and access to the site was difficult. He was very respectful of property, very courteous and handled everything very professionally. He showed me the clog problem on the camera and continued working until the line was all clear. We had a major plumbing job!! James Newsome came to the rescue, found our problem, having to replace the main sewer line from our house to the street. He explained everything along the way. Work was done very professionally, making sure each step was correct. James even requested the city line be cleaned out. They were here within an hour to take care of the problem.
