No show. When I finally contacted them they made up an excuse. Not professional.
This company was a No Show twice. I had to call them to find out they had a "big" job somewhere else and then they asked to reschedule from a Friday to a Tuesday, and then the second time they called an hour and a half late to ask if they could move the appointment to the next day! Not worth the trouble. I would rather pay a little more for a reliable company. My time is valuable too.
I have to say this was the best experience I've had with a company in years. They just removed a huge palm tree from my front yard that was starting to be a problem. The price they gave us was more than fair and reasonable. They removed it fast and did such a good job I was actually amazed. They went above and beyond what was asked and required. Fast service; good clean up and fair rates.
I cannot express enough how positive my experience was with this company. I had a HUGE California Pepper tree trimmed, reduced in size and thinned. My tree was hanging over into my neighbor's yard who was less than willing to accommodate the trimming process. This company sent 7 guys to complete the job and they hauled the gigantic branches down a driveway into a chipper so that my neighbor did not get upset.
