The staff was super friendly. The man I got was also very open. I went in for a new charger port because mine stopped working. Turned out to be a cord issue. He gave me a new cord. I asked about installing a new internal storage, he said if I had any issues or needed help to just give him a call and he'd help walk me through what to do and if I wanted they could do it. Very sweet, very quick, and very helpful. All around great experience.
I never knew this gem even existed. I definitely feel the need to leave this review and say that this place is awesome. They are honest and very knowledgeably experienced and help me understand the whole custom build world and I am happy with my rebuild custom pc I just bought and the price was a steal. Thanks to Allan and Adam for their service to the locals.
I have used them many times and will always do so because they are very knowledgeable in their field. They have always been able to fix our computer problems and one I thought was done and would have to be replace and they fixed it. Also I find them to be very reasonable and friendly which are both important to me
I took my laptop to AMS Computer Repair. Alan and Adam were very helpful. They diagnosed the problem quickly and were very honest about the issue and cost to fix. Unfortunately, I ended up having to get a new computer over fixing old one, but they offered me some great advice on my new purchase. I hope I don't need to use them again in the future, but if I have a computer issue I would highly recommend them.
Adam was a lifesaver!! He worked remotely with me and got me out of the clutches of the OneDrive on my HP laptop!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Thank you again A-M-S Computer Repair!
