10 Stars… I am a very happy customer of A-M-S-Computers Repair in Port Richey. I brought my 6 year old Dell (Windows 11) Laptop in for repair because it was running very hot, slow and I wasn’t sure if it had a virus. The fan was running constantly also. Adam was absolutely great fixing my computer. He was very knowledgeable, professional, answered all my questions and fixed my computer the same day and the price was right. The staff was super friendly. The man I got was also very open. I went in for a new charger port because mine stopped working. Turned out to be a cord issue. He gave me a new cord. I asked about installing a new internal storage, he said if I had any issues or needed help to just give him a call and he'd help walk me through what to do and if I wanted they could do it. Very sweet, very quick, and very helpful. All around great experience.
I never knew this gem even existed. I definitely feel the need to leave this review and say that this place is awesome. They are honest and very knowledgeably experienced and help me understand the whole custom build world and I am happy with my rebuild custom pc I just bought and the price was a steal. Thanks to Allan and Adam for their service to the locals.
I needed help with my son's Nintendo Switch. They were beyond helpful. From my initial phone call, to intake, repair, and pick up, they handled it with ease and efficiency! It was an absolute pleasure. I will be bringing all my computers and devices in here from now on. What a breeze!
I have used them many times and will always do so because they are very knowledgeable in their field. They have always been able to fix our computer problems and one I thought was done and would have to be replace and they fixed it. Also I find them to be very reasonable and friendly which are both important to me
